ラーメン 河童本舗工場店／Kappa Honpo Ramen

前から気になっていた北津守にある河童本舗に行ってきた。

以前はトマトというカラオケ屋さんで大阪には珍しく駐車場がそれなりにあります。

ねぎラーメン煮玉子入り　\790を注文。

ネギは柔らかくあまく
チャーシューは味が


スープは濃い、薄いから選べます。

豚骨ベースで、醤油ダレがわりと強め。
背脂のコクと甘さが効いた豚骨スープと醤油ダレのバランスがよかったです。

Boiling egg noodles with onions I order \790.

The barbecued pork flavor
We can choose the soup is thick or thin flavor.
Soy sauce is a good balance with pork bone soup and sweet flavor of the fat is worked back.

麺は細めん、太麺から選べますが私が選んだのは細麺。

The noodles are chosen from thin noodles (hosomen) or thick noodles（futomen）.

工場店というだけあってお店から製麺所が見ることができます。

You can see the noodle shop where noodles are made.

玉子は半熟でいい感じ。
Soft boiled egg feels good.

キムチも食べ放題です。
スーパーでよく売っているような味の染みていないキムチとは違って本格的なキムチでした。

I eat kimuchi.
This is very earnest kimuchi.

ニューヨークではラーメンがブームらしいが日本には美味しいラーメンが色々食べれてなんて言い国なんだろうと改めて思いました。

 I heard that in New York Ramen is prevalent now, I thought Japan is a country which have delicious ramen variety.
