我が家ではApple製品が毎年のように増えていってます。
最近は携帯プレーヤーに日本メーカーの入る余地がなくなりさびしい限りです。

2008年秋　iPOD touch   32G   2世代　
2009年秋  iPOD classic 160G 6.5世代
2010年秋  iPOD nano     16G   6世代　
2010年秋  apple TV                2世代

でこれらの使う目的は

touchはビイトルによるリモコン、DIGAの予約
classicは家での音楽鑑賞用
nanoはランニング用
apple TVはAppleのストリーミングサービス用といった感じで使い分けようと思います。

touch will be used for BD/HDD recorder's remote control or other application.
classic will be used for listening music in my house
nano will be used for listening music while running or cycling.
apple TV will be used for Apple Streaming Service.
