AppleTV買っちゃいました。その後 I bought AppleTV,later

Apple TVもう一つの活用方法としてAirPlayという家の中のiPODと音楽、動画、写真を共有するための機能があるので試してみました。

なおAirギターとかAirドラムとかAirジョッキとか色々ありますがAirPlayと言っても変なプレーのことではありません。

まずAirPlayの前に今までのホームシェアリングをやってみます。

ホームシェアリングはPCにためている写真、動画、音楽を別のPCやAppleTVで再生するための仕組みです。操作方法はMac,iTuneライクな動作で使いやすいです。

最近のテレビにもSDカードスロットやDLNAのプレーヤー機能があるので驚くような機能でもありません。

First, I will try to Home Sharing AirPlay before.
Home sharing is the mechanism sharing music, video, photo in PC with iPOD or Apple TV.
Recent TV has DLNA ability so it's not an amazing feature.



テレビのスピーカーはそんなにいいのもないですし音楽だけをテレビで使うかは疑問です。
パーティ会場とかでスピーカーをつないで音楽をジュークボックス的にならすとかに使うのでしょうか？


I'm not sure to use to listen music with poor TV speakers.May use as music jukebox in the party?

写真のスライドショーは様々な設定がありました。
スナップショット、折り紙、KenBurns、クラシック、反射など

PCとは別の部屋で音楽かけて写真見ながら過ごすとか言う使い方ができそうです。

I imagine that we spend a good time in another room without PC, and listen to the music over the photos.

さてこれからが新機能のAirPlay
Then I introduce the next new feature is AirPlay.




やりかたは簡単
設定のAirPlayを入にするだけ。

あとはiPOD touchまたはiPhoneで音楽、写真、動画の再生をする。
自分は古いiPOD touchの2世代目があるのでそれでやってみる。
ただしバージョンをiOS4.2に上げないといけません。

Now I try my old iPOD touch which is second generation just I have.
You have to version up iOS4.2.

AirPlay用のアイコンを押すと表示するデバイスを選択できるのでAppleTVを選択。
その後再生、停止、次の曲などもiPODで実施可能


ちなみに最近のテレビにもDLNAレンダラーが付いているのでおんなじようにWindows7からコンテンツを選んで再生することもできるしカメラや携帯にもこれからこの機能はどんどん付いてくるんでしょうね。

AirPlay can be selected by pressing the device to display with the icon for the AppleTV menu.After that iPOD also be performed.play, stop, next son.


By the way, even a recent TV has DLNA function as renderers, so this feature can be realize with Windows7 

Windows7で写真を右クリックして「リモート再生」ー＞「テレビの機種名」を選択することでテレビで再生できます。
 mp3なんかも同じように再生できます。

便利な世の中ですね。



AirPlayはAppleの独自規格でDLNAは共通規格なんでせっかくのいろんな機器同士で音楽、動画、写真の共有をするという利点が生かされません。

In Windows 7

Right-click a photo -> "Remote Play"  -> "TV model name" 
So you can play it  on TV you choose.


AirPlay is Apple's specific standards so 
the DLNA's ideas all various devices can share videos, photos,musics is not utilized.
